A) God’s blessing & our plans for the Endtimes
B) The goal of our Endtimes plan Survive, Thrive, & Glorify
C) The strategy and stages of our Endtimes plan
D) The requirements to be a part of our Endtimes plan
Primary points
- Our ultimate plan for the Endtimes is God.
- God’s blessing does not mean He does not want us to plan.
- God can equally bless a number of different ways of doing things.
- If believers are united in pursuing even a good and wise plan, that plan will have God’s blessing (Ps 133:1, 3).
- “Do your best, and trust God with the rest.”
- We want to be strong and safe and be abundantly provided for so that we can help, and rescue, and protect, and provide for other Christians and be a part of completing Christ’s Great Commission (cf. Matt 28:18-20).
- Our overall strategy for glorifying God by surviving and thriving in the Endtimes is to plant a church (or community of churches) in a foreign country.
- The first requirement to be a part of our Endtimes plan is to complete two series of teachings.
A) God’s blessing & our plans for the Endtimes
How do you end a book like Endtime Babylon? On one hand, there is so much more that needs to be said about WHY and HOW to obey Christ’s Last Great Commandment. More details about this will be provided elsewhere as explained below. Here, a rather brief summary of HOW you can obey Christ’s Last Great Commandment will be shared here.
We believe that when the Endtimes begin, God expects us to obey Christ’s Last Great Commandment in Revelation 18:4:
Then I heard another voice from Heaven say: “Move out of Babylon the Great My people; so that you will not be connected to her sins and so that you will not experience her being struck hard with a sudden and severe disaster. This is because her sins are piled up to Heaven and God has focused His attention on her wrongs” (Rev 18:4-5)
Obeying that command, and facing the unprecedented challenges of the Endtimes, will require God’s help and careful planning. It must be admitted that the Endtimes will confront us with a multitude of difficulties and challenges that are beyond our imagination. Even the best human plans we develop will not be adequate to face them all.
Therefore, it needs to be said that our ultimate plan for the Endtimes is God. God’s love, power, and blessing will be the most critical reason any of our plans succeed. Thankfully, He promised twice regarding the book of Revelation: “Blessed are those who obey the words of prophecy written in this book” (Rev 22:7 NLT; cf. 1:3). We must believe this especially applies to those who obey Christ’s Last Great Commandment in Revelation 18:4. We must believe that God’s blessing will ultimately give us the power to overcome any obstacles we face in the Endtimes.
But God’s blessing does not mean He does not want us to plan. This is why the Bible says wisdom is so valuable. Proverbs says:
Blessed is the one who finds wisdom, and the one who obtains understanding… She is more precious than rubies, and none of the things you desire can compare with her… Wisdom is supreme – so acquire wisdom, and whatever you acquire, acquire understanding! (Prov 3:13, 15; 4:7 NET [1])
Why is wisdom so valuable? Because our Father wants us to do the hard work of making wise decisions. God is not going to supernaturally guide us in everything. One reason is that He can equally bless a number of different ways of doing things.
Our plans do not need to (nor can they be) perfect for God to bless them. He wants us to do our best to apply wisdom but there is one other ingredient for God to bless our plans. Scripture says: How good and pleasant it is when God’s people live together in unity!.. For there the LORD bestows his blessing (Ps 133:1, 3 NIV). Unity is more important than arguing over a perfect plan. If believers are united in pursuing even a good and wise plan, that plan will have God’s blessing. And God’s blessing is ultimately what will always make our plans successful.
Some might question the need to prepare and plan for these things. Some might think, “Isn’t God just going to take care of us?” Of course God is going to do His part to help His people during the Endtimes. But that does not mean He does not expect us to do our part to provide for and protect our loved ones.
Scripture says: The plans of the diligent [hard work, NLT] lead surely to advantage; But everyone who is hasty comes surely to poverty (Prov 21:5 NASB). Of course, the context of this statement is successfully planning and working to gain financial resources. But the principle applies to success in every area of life. God expects us to plan wisely and work hard to do His will.
Again, there will be unprecedented difficulties and dangerous threats for those living in the Endtimes. But those who are diligent to develop and pursue plans will surely have a very great advantage when they occur. Not even hard work is a substitute for careful planning. The hasty and even hard working person does not have plans and suffers the consequences. As another Proverb says: Enthusiasm [zeal, NIV] without knowledge is no good; haste makes mistakes (Prov 19:2 NLT).
So what is the balance between God’s miraculous guidance and our human planning? Proverbs says: The mind of man plans his way, But the LORD directs his steps (Prov 16:9 NASB). This verse is not speaking negatively about a man using his mind to make plans. That is one reason God created us with a mind. God wants us to use wisdom, knowledge, and our mind to make plans. And normally, the LORD bestows his blessing on those plans and makes them successful, especially when God’s people live together in unity.
But if there are serious weaknesses in our plans, or circumstances that we cannot foresee that would bring us harm, we can be sure God will help us. As we pursue our best plans with wisdom, the Lord will mysteriously direct our steps in a way that will probably be recognized only in hindsight. God’s miracles begin when He decides the sufficiency of our abilities and planning end.
Therefore, we need to work wisely as if everything depends on us, and pray fervently as if everything depends on God. And as we face things we cannot prepare for, or our plans fail, then God will take over and do the miracles that only he can do.
This biblical balance between God’s part and our part in developing and pursuing plans for the Endtimes can be summarized in the statement: “Do your best, and trust God with the rest.” That will be an essential motto for those seeking to live in a wise and God-glorifying way in the Endtimes. Of course we must trust God, but God is always expecting us to do our best (cf. Col 3:23-24). God will not do for you what He has already enabled you to do. Don’t expect God to do everything by miracle. He always expects His people to work hard and plan wisely in their effort to do His will.
The story of Noah is a good example of this balance between our work and wisdom, and God’s miracles. Noah had no way of knowing how to build such a large boat. So God miraculously gave him the plan. Likewise, he had no ability to gather pairs of all the kinds of animals in the world. So again, God miraculously did this. But God did not miraculously build the ark that was going to save his family. Noah and his family had to do the hard work of cutting down trees, making planks, and putting the ark together. God expected Noah and his family to spend perhaps 100 years of very hard labor to build the ark that would save them.
God did not do for them what He would enable them to do. So we work and research to gain wisdom as if everything depends on us, and we pray as if everything depends on God, and in the course of carrying out those plans, God reveals what He wants to accomplish through our work and wisdom, and what He wants to do through miracles. We do our best and trust God with the rest.
B) The goal of our Endtimes plan Survive, Thrive, & Glorify
Chapter 23 of the web-based version of Endtime Babylon discusses: “God’s Predestined Will for you in the Endtimes.” One point made there is this. Jesus and Paul predict there will be a significant number of God’s people whom God has predestined to live until Christ’s Return and the Church’s Rescue. Therefore, we know from Scripture that God has promised to protect and provide for some (maybe many) of His people so that they will survive in the Endtimes.
We do not know God’s Predestined Will for us in the Endtimes. He may want us all to be imprisoned or martyred even if we obey Christ’s Last Great Commandment. But until He makes that clear, and makes it impossible to do otherwise, it is God’s will that we do all we can to survive in the Endtimes.
But merely surviving will not give God all the glory He deserves. If we are SURVIVING, then God wants us to be THRIVING, so we are GLORIFYING Him. Like the Jewish remnant described in Revelation 12 who during the Endtimes will escape to an isolated place that God had prepared for her, so that they would be fed and trained … and be protected from the Antichrist during the Endtimes (Rev 12:6, 14). This text will be discussed more in chapter 23 as well.
The point here is that these people will not be constantly running for their lives. Instead, God’s Endtime plan for them will be to live in a sanctuary where they survive because all of their physical needs will be provided. This will include water, food, housing, and security.
Therefore, because we do not know God’s Predestined Will for us in the Endtimes, the best we can do is to plan to be like the Jewish remnant described in Revelation 12. To be glorifying God by surviving, thriving, and serving Him and His people in what can be called a Sanctuary Location. We do not want to THRIVE in the Endtimes just for ourselves. We want to be strong and safe and be abundantly provided for so that we can help, and rescue, and protect, and provide for other Christians and be a part of completing Christ’s Great Commission (cf. Matt 28:18-20). This kind of ministry is not possible if we are constantly running for our lives and have nothing to give to others.
Surely God will want some Christians doing such ministry in the Endtimes. We are praying and planning for it to be us. That’s what God is giving us the grace and faith to pursue at this time. Our plan is for God to provide us with a Sanctuary Location where we can survive, thrive, and glorify God in the Endtimes.
In fact, for many Christians, God intends the last 7 years of the Church on Earth to be their very best years because of all the amazing miracles, spiritual growth, spiritual victories, fulfilling ministry, and amazing fellowship they will experience! None of this is intended to diminish the very real sacrifices and hardships that will certainly be experienced by all surviving Christians in the Endtimes. But Christ promised: “Blessed are those who obey the words of prophecy written in this book” including His Last Great Commandment in Revelation 18:4.
To be blessed in the Endtimes will mean more than just SURVIVING, but also THRIVING. THRIVING in spiritual growth and the use of our spiritual gifts for ministry. The following promise for THRIVING in the Christian life will apply to the Endtimes:
God is able [dunate, “has power”] to bless you abundantly, so that in all things at all times [even the Endtimes], having all that you need, you will abound in [have an abundance for, NASB] every good work (2 Cor 9:8 NIV).
This promise specifically applied to financial resources (cf. vs. 1-13). But it applies to any and all resources we need for every good work. If it is God’s will for you to SURVIVE in the Endtimes, then you will have all that you need, in all things at all times. But not just to SURVIVE. God will also want you to THRIVE and have an abundance of resources and opportunity for every good work He will want you to do for others.
If glorifying God by surviving and thriving is God’s Predestined Will for you in the Endtimes, than He will have some predestined good work for you to do. As promised in Scripture, We are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do (Eph 2:10 NIV). For some, those predestined good works will include serving God and His purposes and people in the Endtimes.
If your destiny in the Endtimes is not prison or death, then God will want you to THRIVE by blessing, serving, and discipling as many people as you can. As Paul wrote:
Be careful how you live [in the Endtimes]. Don’t live like fools, but like those who are wise. Make the most of every opportunity in these evil days [of the Endtimes]. Don’t act thoughtlessly, but understand what the Lord wants you to do [in the Endtimes]. (Eph 5:15-17 NLT)
Doing that requires a strategy and plan for the Endtimes.
C) The strategy and stages of our Endtimes plan
Our overall strategy for glorifying God by surviving and thriving in the Endtimes is to plant a church (or community of churches) in a foreign country. The local church, led by biblically qualified Pastors, is God’s biblical strategy for doing His will on Earth. So it will be in the Endtimes. It may be that God will have a number of local churches join together to pursue Christ’s Last Great Commandment and survive and thrive during the Endtimes. We would welcome this as a part of our plan if there can be sufficient unity regarding essential doctrines, mission, and values.
Our church plant will go through three stages: 1) Exodus Stage; 2) Plant Stage; and 3) Sanctuary Stage. The Exodus Stage consists of steps to leave Endtime Babylon (America) after Antichrist’s Resurrection and arrive in a major city of a foreign country with our financial resources. This can be referred to as our Exodus Location. The foreign country is in Latin America and has been carefully chosen based on a number of criteria. We will initially arrive in a city because the most rental housing will be available there.
After arriving in the Exodus Location, we will enter the Plant Stage. This will consist of steps to plant a new church (or united churches). In addition, much work will be done to prepare to eventually move to a Sanctuary Location to survive, thrive, and glorify God in the Endtimes. Important steps in the Plant Stage will include: 1) spiritual discipleship; and 2) purchasing and storing durable food products and other needed supplies.
The Sanctuary Stage begins with Antichrist’s Attack on Endtime Babylon (America). It is our hope to arrive in our Sanctuary Location rather immediately before or after this occurs. A lot of careful planning has occurred with our friends in the Exodus Location to choose an eventual Sanctuary location. Those plans include our needs for community housing, food, and security.
Of course, you probably have many questions about all of the above. It is not claimed that we currently have answers for all of those questions. But a lot more direction and details will be shared in our Exodus Plan Orientation. This will be made available to those completing the steps and meeting the requirements described next.
D) The requirements to be a part of our Endtimes plan
The first requirement to be a part of our Endtimes plan is to complete two series of teachings. The first is the seven videos in the Endtimes Essentials Summary Series available online in video and audio versions at:
https://trainingtimothys.com/2023/09/28/endtimes-essentials-summary-series/.
These videos are designed to give you an overview of the most important points of the three books in the Endtimes Essentials series.
The second teaching requirement is the materials in the Going Deeper in the Endtimes Essentials Study. This primarily covers all the chapters of the Endtime Babylon series, including several chapters offering biblical encouragement about obeying Christ’s Last Great Commandment. A study guide for this is available upon request after you have completed the Summary Series.
The purpose of these studies is to do our best to ensure you have a biblical foundation for the 7 Exodus Convictions introduced in chapter 17 of Endtime Babylon. These include:
#1: We can know for certain the Endtimes have begun when Antichrist’s Resurrection occurs.
#2: The Church will be on Earth to face the Antichrist for The Beginning of Birth Pains and The Greatest Persecution (the Pre-wrath Rescue position).
#3: The only modern candidate that can physically fulfill the 12 biblical attributes of Endtime Babylon described in Revelation 17-18 and Jeremiah 50-51 is America.
#4: Revelation 17:16 is predicting the 10-nation Endtime Coalition and the Antichrist will physically destroy America with nuclear weapons relatively early in the Endtimes. This is why in Revelation 18:4 Christ commands His people to physically leave Endtime Babylon when the Endtimes begin.
#5: God will provide everything we need to obey Christ’s Last Great Commandment.
#6: I am committed to obeying Christ’s Last Great Commandment when the Endtimes begin by leaving America, completing the teachings and tasks in the Exodus Plan, and becoming an approved member of the Exodus Church Plant.
#7: I will do my best to please and glorify God in all I do in the Endtimes.
After completing the teaching requirements, you will be given an Exodus Church Plant Orientation. This will introduce you to the leading Pastors of the church plant, and its essential doctrines, mission, and core values. This will give you an opportunity to decide if you want to pursue an Endtimes plan with the Exodus Church Plant.
Finally, after being accepted by the Pastors as a member of the church plant, you will be provided with the Exodus Plan Orientation. This will describe the next steps we are requiring or encouraging to complete the Exodus Stage of our Endtimes plan.
Therefore, the next step is to request the Going Deeper in the Endtimes Essentials study guide. This will walk you through the next steps and recognize steps you may have already completed. The Going Deeper study guide can be requested by sending an email request to:
info@newlifecr.com
Put “Request for Going Deeper Study Guide” in the subject line.
You are also welcome to email any other questions you may have as well.
May God’s abundant grace be with you and your loved ones if He has chosen you to see the Endtimes begin, and to glorify Him in the Last Generation Church.

Most versions of Prov 4:7a have something like: The beginning of wisdom is this: Get wisdom (NIV). However, the NET version used here has: Wisdom is supreme – so acquire wisdom. Hebrew scholars agree that either translation is rather equally possible in the syntax of the text. This is why Bible versions add a text note reflecting the NET version. Most scholars (e.g. K&D, Waltke) prefer the NIV over the NET translation. But in such matters “context is king,” and the context is most clearly the value of wisdom. This is why the next phrase (7b) says Though it cost all you have, get understanding (NIV).
In addition, the NIV translation seems to contradict another statement in Proverbs. In 1:7 we read The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge (wisdom) (NIV). Finally, the NIV translation is odd and rather meaningless. Therefore, it seems the NET translation is better here: Wisdom is supreme – so acquire wisdom. ↑
